Family Friendly Company Special Award 2023 for STUDIO IN-EX Zrt.
The Three Princes, Three Princesses Movement presented the 2023 Family Friendly Company Awards at a gala event at the Budapest Music Center on 10 November. Our company entered the competition in the medium-sized category, successfully winning the Family Friendly Company award and a special award for our efforts.

We have always strived to provide family-friendly services to our colleagues, and now we have also participated in an objective competition and are proud to announce that STUDIO IN-EX Ltd. has officially become a FAMILY-FRIENDLY WORKPLACE. We are delighted to have been awarded another prize, which is particularly dear to our hearts, as the committee has also given special recognition to the work and the energy we have invested in educating students, the future generation of engineers. 😍
“STUDIO IN-EX Ltd. has been presented with the special award “Family Friendly Workplace 2023” for building an inclusive organizational culture that takes exemplary account of the needs and initiatives of colleagues, and for putting a particular effort into the experience-based learning of children and introducing them to the world of work.”
The focus of this year’s competition was on working communities, and the jury made its decision with this in mind. Enikő Ujvári, Vice President of the Three Princes, Three Princesess Movement and Head of the Balances Institute, said: “In the face of (or despite) flexibility and the uncertainty and risk factors that surround us, it is essential for both individuals (workers) and economic actors (employers) to be supported by communities that work. To do this, decision-makers and employees need to play their part in building a company culture. So we looked not only at how family-friendly companies are rebuilding their workplace communities, but also how they can involve their colleagues in this process.”
The winner of the small company category is Alfaseed Ltd., a seed and feed wholesaler, and the winner of the medium company category is Danone Ltd.
